We’ll confirm the order and collect all the info necessary.

Do you want a personalized gift box?  

Go to our Special Cookies menu and fill the form.

We’ll send you our proposal, confirm the order and collect all the info necessary.

How long do I need to order in advance?

Please be mindful that we need at least 2 weeks notice for each order. This means you'll get your order at least 2 weeks after you place it (time may vary, due to the size and complexity of the order).
Don’t forget to tell us when you need to receive the cookies. 
You need to take in consideration that we may have a busy schedule or be already fully booked. Please give us much notice as you can.
We can assure you that we bake your cookies as close to the delivery date as possible, to make sure they're freshly baked.

How can I receive my cookies?

We bake cookies by demand, so we don't have stock.

After you place the order we'll ship it 2 weeks later (time may vary, due to the size and complexity of the order);


  • Local Pick up / Hand delivery Brussels area: Free, we will contact you to schedule Hand Delivery area

  • Bpost Belgium Letterbox: fits in your mailbox, untracked 1/3 days day delivery + 3€

  • Bpost Belgium Home Delivery: Delivered to your shipping address, tracked 1/3 days day delivery + 5,7€ ( Due to the new Christmas Bpost policies, we can't assure that your order goes to your home, maybe you need to pick it up from Bpost office);

  • Bpost Service pick up Point Delivery: Tracked, You choose in which pick up point/Bpost office you will pick up your order + 4,7€

  • International Shipping (Netherlands, Luxemburg, France and Germany): Delivered to your shipping address, tracked + 13,80 €

All our cookies are packed individually in compostable plastic bags inside a gift box.

We protect them very well in a nice packaging, but unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damage on the way.

Due to the nature of these products, orders can’t be returned or refunded, but if something happens, let us know and we'll find a solution.
